happens daily once or twice a day. modem just loses connection and looks like it has reseted or power off and on again. looks like it is not the isp and is the modem. do i get another from isp or will a store bought one work?
Get a new modem if you can, and if you still have problems, tell your ISP and see if you can get them to make a house call and check the lines and cables to make sure they are good.
