Thinking of buying an air compressor for dusting down PCs - what to buy?

I know nothing about air compressors but have used other people's in the past to clean my PC. Thinking of buying one for the house/business instead of buying those little disposable cans of air all the time. What kind of thing should I look for? Would be nice to have something fairly portable and fairly inexpensive!

Would something like this be along the lines of what I am looking for?

Thanks!

Thanks for the links Travis! Looks nice - any other compressors that you'd recommend or is that the one you use?

I've heard that setting the compressor to around 50 PSI is best for blowing out dust in PCs - is that right?

There are no American compressors I see there, so I have no real brands to recommend (I have a Craftsmen 20 gallon compressor at home).

I normally set the pressure to max an hold any fans with my finger so they don't hyper-spin. It's personal preference. You can also control the amount of air when you squeeze the nozzle.

Looks nice, unfortunately it's not available on Amazon UK. I'll see if a similar product is available, thanks!

You don't need much, but I wouldn't get that one. I'd get this one and a decent hose (rubber, not plastic).

This one says it requires 240V, do you have 240V readily available where you want to use the compressor? (Not sure if that's the standard wall voltage where you live or not) It also seems like overkill unless you also plan to use it to inflate tires and such.

For computer cleaning, I'd go with something like what Tremmor and Geoff posted.

If you are only cleaning PC's then just buy the cheapest one you can find and it will have more than enough pressure to blow dust out, in fact you will most likely need to turn it down with the pressure control valve, which even the cheapest ones have, well all the cheap ones I saw in the shops did. I have a 2HP 50 liter compressor which was about 30 pounds new and its been working for years, spray painting, cleaning computers, inflating tyres and more, but you will need a air gun for sure.

I bought one of the datavac's from amazon.co.uk a while back. Very good and also very powerful. cleans dust out of mine very easily. A little expensive but very handy. And can be used for a lot of other things aswell as cleaning the inside of a pc.

Compressor would do the job aswell but you would need one with a small tank so it can build and store pressure.
