yada yada yada, check cables, etc. i recieve this message when trying to play Madden 06(PC) online. i have the latest version of the game, and my internet connection appears to be fully functional.

Are you connect to the internet throught a router? If you are you might need to open ports to allow the game to access the interent.

thats exactly what it was. after opening ports and configuring my router, works fine. thx
