hi i have XP pro sp3 and im wondering about putting a new theme on my dell core2 laptop ,is it safe and wheres a GOOD place to find one,and how hard to install ?
 
One place i no that is definately not safe is themexp.org. Pretty much all their files are infected so I would stay away from them.

This place, I would say is good but you will have to download some software to get your themes to work: http://www.wincustomize.com/
