Hi,
I'm developing a survey about the problems people have with their computers. I was hoping that you would have some time to fill it out for me. It takes no more than ten minutes to complete.

If you decide you can help, please take the survey seriously and refrain from talking about it here. I don't want anyone's responses influenced by the people who go before them. As a thanks I'll post follow up information with some more information about the survey in a week or so.

Interesting survey..

I'll be interested to see what the purpose of it is and what the data will be used for.
