Telephone recording.

I was recording the best movie ever on my phone, when it suddenly starts restarting.. Now I got a 78 mb file on my phone, which I can't watch.

I have tried to convert the file into a AVI. file so that I could put into "windows movie maker" to see if I just could see smaller pieces of it - but no win.

Can anybody help me?? I really need to review this moment!

This, but if this fails. What is the file type, do you know?

What type of phone did you record on? That can help determine the file type if you don't know. Most phones record in either 3gp or mp4.

VLC should be ok with mo4 or 3gp.

locate the file,and right click> propeties, and it should say the file type.:good:

If all else fails try the K-Lite codec pack. (google it)
