Hi Everyone,
I have to set up TCP/IP parameters on a computer by utilising a network card.
I am running Windows XP home Edition. Do I simply go to Control Panel>Network & Internet Connections>Double click on Local Area Connection, then select both check boxes in the list relating to TCP/IP. The main problem I am having is that there are two check boxes relating to TCP/IP in the list. One is ‘Microsoft TCP/IP version 6’, the other is ‘Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)’. Do I install both , & what’s the difference between them?
Thanks
