Syncronising folders

Hi, i have a couple computers on a network, both with their own collections of music... Is there a way i can syncronise the folders on both computers so that they both have all available music??

Right click on the folder that contains all the music and click PROPERTIES, select the SHARING tab at the top of the properties box and select the check box that says "share this drive on a network" and the box that "allows users to change the content of the drive/folder" or something along those lines. Select a share name, like MUSIC FOLDER or something like that. Then apply all changes and restart ALL pc's on the network, check "My Network Places and the MUSIC FOLDER should be in there, any changes made will all be in one central position. One downpoint to this method is that if your PC is turned off then NO PC's will be able to get to the music, thats when a dedicated file server comes in, but for "normal" home users, a file server is out fo the question.

I have a streaming audio server broadcasting wirelessly 24/7 using ShoutCast. Kicks some major ass if you ask me. Its used for music but you can easily upload a quick file or two to it.

Hey, Tell us about this dedicated server you have, How much did it cost to build or you just using like a basic desktop and installed like Server 2003 or something?

As sounds good... Please explain in detail.

Thanks

cheers, but as soon as i posted the question i found a program that will sync the folders for me, so that they are both identical.
cheers anyway!!

The PC doesnt need to be extreme performance, its an old 500Mhz system with 256Mb RAM. It sits in my closet. I have ShoutCast installed on it, thats about as deatialed as it gets. Its really simple but impresses the hell outta people, you set up a playlist (or multiple ones) Set it to broadcast over a set IP range or LAN and off ya go, other PC's have to have shoutcast installed aswell, they just search for streaming servers and then connect into my one.
