Hey people, simple question... If I connect say my DVD Player or PS2 up to my computer, could I get surround sound though the speakers? I would just try it but right now I don't have but 2 speakers on my computer. I plan to get more, better ones if this would work.

I need an amp too... Eh, I'll think about it more tommarow. It's too late!
 
You should be able to get surround sound, but the question is will it be "real" surround. Cause not all games have surround sound support, most movies do though.

mrjack - Well, if I did so it wouldn't be much for gamming, I don't play many games on my computer.
