Subwoofer problem

i bought new boston speakers and a benwin woofer, now one of the boston speakers have 3 male adapters, 2 plug into the woofer and one plugs into the computer, then the other boston plugs into the woofer also, the speakers are working fine but the woofer is not working at all. whats going on?

Have you tried going into Control pannel > Sounds and audio devises and looking at the config there ?

if only one plugs into the computer, either just the volume is down on the woofer, or it's defective.
