Sub sound

When I play a DVD that is true 5.1, the sub-woofer is barely audible. Any ideas?

Klipsch 5.1

It's a Klipsch 5.1 Promedia Ultra set.

u could have a slightly burnt out amp, thats usually the problem withi the ultras. I'm not 100% sure but alot of times when the speakers rnt working its just the amp. Theres a guy that fixes them for around 80 bucks and he does a great job ive heard. He goes by Elliotronics, google him and u can email him and ask him if thats whats the problem
