stock mobo sound card staticy in certain games?

i currently have a lanparty mobo, and when i play battlefield 2, i get staticy noises every so often and i dont have a sound card, just the regular one from the MOBO

either update the driver or buy an external sound card

yes just disable the soundcard on the BIOS and you can have a sound card on your PCI, thats what i do, sound cards are prized cheap nowadays

check in those games at what rate the sound quality is set at,.. its possible that its set too high, and then you can get the same effect as you get in windows when you set the resolution too high ( a load of destorsion)
