static noise problem

hey my sound card(onboard one) worked fine before then wen i accerdently hit the comptuer(not very hard) i found it 2 have a staticky problem kinda like picking up the electricity cause wen i turn up the speed of my fans(with speed controler) it seems 2 pick up more static kinda like a mic for electricity can anyone help me with this problem the static is scratchy as well(like ur tv wen its not tuned) but sound still works(its jst under it) if anyone got ne suggestions or ideas or nos the answers plz help im running a ASUS A8N32 sli deluxe(onboard sound)
 
hmm, strange! try opening advanced controls on volume and muting things one at a time except main volume to see which one causes it.
