Spectrum Analyzer Bands

In WMP, there is a vizualization... "Bars." It is essentially a spectrum analyzer that analyzes 49-50 different frequency bands. I want to know what frequency each of those bands is. Is there a resource out there somewhere that would tell me, or perhaps software that would let me create a virtual spectrum analyzer at any bands I choose (so I could try to match, or create a desirable set)?

I don't know if I'm being very clear about this, so ask me about anything you don't understand.

If im understanding you correctly, you just want a graphic EQ that allows you to adjust each frequency independently? If thats what your talking about, WMP already has a graphic EQ that will let you do that.

If you mean something else, then try and clarify a little more and do you want an external program or WMP feature?
