Speaker annoying droning beeping noise that wont go away

Hello peeps, I was wondering if you could take a few minutes off your busy schedules and give me a hand?

See i have this little problem..it started a couple of weeks ago and i was able to get rid of it by re-starting my pc but lately.. this doesnt seem to produce any positive results...

Well, the thing is.. when i turn my speakers on, theres a sort of beeping sound coming from the speaker, almost like a cracking, but steady and repeating itself over and over.. it sorta goes like tfup-tfup-tfup... and whenever i play music, watch a movie, or anything that requires sound, everything plays sweetly, with no hassle, but that sounds keeps on droning away... its the same with the headphones..


so i was wondering wether this has happened to any of you before and if by any chance you know of anything i could do to get rid of this annoying problem..

weird solution

weirdly enough, i was reading Rambo post on the subject and jsut fro the hell of it, i went to the volume contols at the bottom right corner and muted the CD player volume and ta-da... sound i sgone, though im still at a loss as to why and i wonder what i can do to solve this issue..
