Hi from a newby

My problem is everytime i load service pack 2 onto my computer i reboot the computer then the screen goes blank and thats how it stays any ideas
 
Some computers have a problem upgrading to SP2. For those that do, slipstreaming SP2 into a new install cd using Autostreamer or Nlite is recommended. You would have to back up all data and do a fresh install with the new SP2 slipstreamed install cd.
