Sound problems on my new laptop computer

I have another problem, but this time on my laptop computer. When I bought the computer not to long ago, I have encountered a problem with the sound. For some reason when it starts there is no sound, but I found a solution how to activate it. I always go to the start menu and write in Sound in the search field. Then I click on Change Sound Card Settings then on Speakers and then without changing anything I press OK, again OK and the sound is back on, but it would be better if the sound would be on when the computer starts.
 
Go into Sound in Control Panel and click on the Sounds tab.

Tell us what is listed in the Sound Scheme.
