Sound not working.

My sound stopped working after I installed a webcam driver. I uninstalled the driver but it still wont work lol. I tested the sound with the Realtek HD-Soundconfiguration and I get sound there but not when I play games or music :/ The sound "bar" goes up when I have a song on but I get no sound in my headphones... WHY oh WHY do I allways have atleast 2 computer problems each day??

Well, if you only tried with the headphones, try some other speakers/headphones.

If that won't fix, try a system restore just before installing the webcam driver.
And if that won't fix, than it may be a hardware problem.

have you tried going to your volume control panel and seeing if anything is on mute?

That's the first thing I checked. I did a system restore (thank you very much) and it worked quite nicely.
