Sound isn't working...

So, my sound isn't working.

Yes, I checked if the volume was muted or whatnot, but that's not the problem. Whenever I go to 'Sounds and Audio Devices' it says there is no audio device.

I recently installed a new graphic card, and it caused some problems with my internet, so I crashed my computer and installed a wireless card. My internet started working, but then my sound stopped. I tried crashing my computer again, but still no sound.

I've also tried downloading drivers for my sound card, but the drivers weren't installing?

Also, I -have- looked around on other forums, but nothing seems to help. And, according to Everest, my audio device is SiS 7012.

Please help?
 
May be its a problem with IRQ 2 devices using the same resources check device manager and see if there is any conflicts. Or maybe your sound card needs IRQ 17 etc. But another component is using it read the sound card manual.. to see if it is IRQ specific!
 
right click my computer, go to properties>hardware>device manager and under sound and audio devices, see if theres anything there and tell us what there is?
 
Ahh, nevermind, guys. My father got my sound to work, somehow.

Really thankful for the replies, though! :D
