Possibility I damaged something? Or could it just be a case of loosening some cord or plug (or card - sound card, after all) I need to reposition?
There are two possibilities. I unscrewed my heatsink/fan but did not unclip the clip so it was dangling for just a few seconds and maybe the weight ruined some wires or unplugged some other cord? Or, when I was plugging all the inputs back into the computer (monitor, keyboard, mouse etc), the speaker plug kept not going in all the way/falling out and each time some noise could be heard emitting from the speakers.... so maybe that broke either the speakers or the jack where the plug goes into in the computer?
There are also two very small screws floating somewhere inside the computer. I tried to get them out, I flipped and turned the computer all over every which way while the case was open but I couldn't see where the screws were nor did they come out. Perhaps this could be interfering with something, I don't know?
