Sound clips

Is there anyway to get a certian sound clip from a Quicktime plug in (i think)
downloaded on to your computer to be able to sync to an ipod?

It's where it's just a single horizontal bar on the page with the audio file.

You can buy Quicktime Pro and then you have the option to right click the horizontal bar and save the sound file to your computer.
