Sound Card w/ composite(rca) out...

i either need a sound card with compste. rca out or a cord that converts from the mini jack on the computer to an rca cord male (preferably in stereo)

Our radio shack doesn't carry crap for computer parts, nothing oem, but i havent checked for the cords, odds are not
