Sound card problem, urg!

Hey Hey.

OK Basically after getting my pc back from some errors i had to reinstall all my drivers, all of them were installed corectly apart from 1 the sound card, i would go to the manufacturers web site but i dont know were my sound card is. i went into device manager to find out heres what i found.

Go to your drivers and update

I updated all the drivers, but still no sound. before i reformatted the pc i used realtek audio driver, and it worked last time, but now when i try it. not work.
