Sound Card issues...

It has been gone for about a year now.
I have Realtek ac97 and Creative AudioPCI
ac97 is on auto (the only other option was disable)
Hi, i have not had sound for about a year and i have decided to post my own thread to see if someone can help.

In sounds and audio devices:
Tab 1: no audio device and everything is greyed.
Tab 3/4: no playback device

Windows audio is enabled and i have nothing yellow in device manager.
I also don't have a volume icon in the taskbar. (yes, i have went to sndvol32 and made sure volume was up)

download the latest sound drivers, try then.

yup these

install them,restart your system and try if you get any sound.

also make sure your audio settings are up as high as they can go,little speaker icon is on the desktop bar near the clock...double click on it and make sure its up fully.

but, if i go to sndvol32 it is up
