Sound card/headset/speaker upgrade

Ok, this is what I'm looking at getting.

Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 4 $41.99 after mail in rebate

Logitech USB Stereo Headset 350 $16.95

Logitech X-530 5.1 Surround Sound Speakers & Subwoofer $39.95

What is the difference between the 250 and 350 version of the Logitech USB headset? I'm guessing it's just the quality?

I want to get a usb headset so I don't have to plug the headset into the sound card which is at the back of my computer. If I get a usb headset then I can easily plug it in, and unplug it.

If you have any suggestions, please post them.

Before I buy, I just want to make sure everything will work together. The Logitech X-530 speakers will work with the Audigy 4 sound card, right?

haha - thats the exact same sound card and speakers i own. its a great card, comes with a cool remote too.
im planning on upgrading though (to XFi platinum lol), ill sell it to you for $15 you pay shipping lol...
