Sound Card driver

I've got a problem with my sound card driver, when I tried to uninstall it so I could reinstall it it wouldnt unustall, is there a program that uninstalls drivers?

through the list where you select what to uninstall

The add/remove programs i take it? Have you tried uninstalling it through device manager?
