Sound Card and WiFi Card conflicting?

Okay guys, riddle me this:

When i'm surfing the net on my PCI Wifi card, and listening to music as well (using my pci-e soundcard of course) sometimes when i open a new window or tab, and the music is playing, the sound kinda freezes and goes "BRRRRT" for about half a second, the mouse is locked up for that half a second too, and then once the tabs are opena nd loading it's all fine and dandy.

Why could this be? Are my sound card and wifi card conflicting? Am i not supplying enough voltage to something?

Normally I use my USB wifi dongle and i don't get this issue.

i dont know much about w7 but in vista you have device manager, which shows you conflicting devices

I just had a quick look in there, no conflicts or warnings, but i think it has something to do with the PCI-E x1 slot and a regular PCI slot being used at once.
