trying to webcam chat on aim but i cannot get the web cam to show up

We need to know the model of your laptop?

Maybe i can find new drivers for it. or go to sony.com and look for an updated driver for the webcam under your model laptop.

Ok. Is the Webcam showing up in Device Manger, under Control Panel?
