I am trying to setup a computer within a network that has a static IP address. How do I give the proper access in the Firewall to allow me to connect from anywhere via Remote Desktop Connection to this computer?

what I found which works the best (and free) was using www.no-ip.com You get a free account amd install a little program which runs in the background of your PC. This program updates your public IP to their website, where you can login and retrieve from anywhere. You will still have to make the correct port forwards aswell. good luck.
