Hey guys, I want to ask about that error..I see it ony many websites, is it done by a tool???????? or do they write a code for it???


Also one more question, hosting forums...Does someone need to have computer programming knowledge to host a forum??
Can I make a forum just by buying a tool like vbullettin or sthg??

that could mean several things. Your administrator has blocked access to that webpage (typically that is a 404 though, not 401). That web page requires certificates, authentication, cookies, etc and you do not have any of it. Or it just does not play nice with the browser you are using.

Try a different web browser and see what happens.
