Software licensing

Hi guys. My name is Robert and I am from California. I am currently in Rio De Janeiro living with my wife and we are opening a school that will teach software, everything from web design to Office. Also computer hardware repair and so on. As you can imagine, getting anything done here can be a real struggle. But, my wife is a genius and can slice n dice with the best of em.

My question is this...we are putting our list of computer needs to bid and the one thing we are not clear on is licensing for (unfortunately) Windows Vista and Office. We will have ,approximately, 70 units all using the software and the prices we are getting seem to suggest that we would be better off buying 70 copies (full) of each and installing. This can´t be correct. Surely the cost to license cannot be the same as just buying a copy. If it is, well, you see my point. I don´t know a thing about it so any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and see you on the beach.

I'm no expert on this, but I actually had to do this for a class project once. But if you go to this site --> http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/ at the bottom in the middle is a button that says "Looking for Guidance". It asks you a bunch of questions regarding your company and it will help pick the best way to license the software.

Thought you might want to give it a shot to see what it says.

i was going to mention a corp license for number required for the computers.
im guessing its the same.
