I have a lap top, which was running pretty fast, until lately. I has really slowed. I done the registry cleaner and other type of things, and no change. I have norton. I have a HP laptop, any sugestions for me to try.Thanks for any help.
 
i have heard that norton has a tendency to slow down the system. try any other good antivirus (avira, avast etc) and run a full scan. there may be virus slowing down the system.
also check ur system start up applications.
 
try using tuneup utilites for this..
when size of registry increases or if registry have too many invalid entries .. system slows down.. try defragmenting it.. it will defintely help.
