I am new to this forum, so forgive me if i am not using proper ettiquette. I download mass ammounts of files on Bit Torrent, about 80kbps, and while I am downloading, my internet connection slows substantially and eventually just shuts off completely, all of my downloads stop and my web browsing capabilities also stop. I have a D-link DI-614+ router hooked up to three computers, is there any way thay i can get my connection to maintain a constant speed and not shut off my connection?
