hi basically ive got a program called SKYPE its basically a telephone on your computer you can dial landlines mobiles and computers basically my sister with her laptop its crap she keeps on breaking up everytime i know its her laptop because i talk to my uncle on it and its like hes in the same room. can anyone help please.

Probably not. I mean if she can get to you, then the firewall is not blocking it. What are the specs of the laptop. Sometimes I find that when running something alongside with skype (even on my friends beast PC), it gets jittery and sometimes breaks up. And I have a 4mbit connection. So if you talk, I would suggest not doing anything else alongside. Dunno why that is happening.
