size of the screen - it changed

the size of the screen just got larger and I don't know why.
so now I have to scroll across the bottom to read the entire length of it.
All the letters are bigger than before too.
How do I get it back to normal size?

Hold Ctrl and use the scroll wheel to change the font.

Also, Control + 0 usually sets it back to normal, although not on everything.
