Site issues - Signature and Forum Topics

Okay then, I've been an active member here for awhile now, so I decided to create a sig...

I can insert a YouTube video in my signature, but not an image or animated .gif. Does that strike anyone as...oh, I dunno...slightly ridiculous?

The other issue relates to forum topics:

You've got forum topics for every conceivable computer related category, one for general computer chat, and one for off-topic discussions...

...Yet, you apparently don't have a forum for users to discuss anything related to THIS website, ie. "Site-Related discussion". If you did, I would have created THIS thread there.

I'll just toss my input out there: the pictures in the sig aren't necessary. I personally find them annoying and unnecessary.

Second, as far as the site issue section, I do agree that maybe the site could use it.
