Simple Network

I have a router running on my computer that is connected directly to the phone line, and a wireless laptop that accesses the internet from the router.

Does anyone know how to:

a) Transfer files between my 2 computers?
b) Make the connection secure so only permitted users can access it?
c) Enable printer sharing?

A) That should be setup basically automatically by the router, you just need to set shared folders.

B) Set a WEP code within the router

C) Go to your printer and share it ;P

Assuming both machines have XP, everything is EXTREAMLY simplified. There should be wizards and crap for everything.
