all of them have borders just some of them are white.
 
I don't have dial-up but my speeds are the same a dial-up speeds. Less that 1mb/s for upload and download.

Really cool sigs too, what you using to make them?
 
This isn't dial-up, its my very poor ADSL connection:



Adding sigs to load on every page would make this forum almost impossible to load for me.

Im not being sarcastic, i know quite a few members are still on dialup(heck, around 30% of all internet users still use dialup modems) and low speed "broadband". Broadband internet mitigation is still overall not that great, and also for people who browse the forum on an ipod or smartphone, try loading up the evga forums where signature images are allowed, its 2-3x slower to load a page of 20 replies than to load up 40 replies here. Forums should load fast and not be cluttered, if you want images go to photobucket IMO.

Uh, that's no where near the speed of dial-up. Dial-up speed is 0.054Mbps upload/download.
 
I do wish we had sig pictures, but only small ones, like the ones for CPU-Z that validate your overclock. that size, if you get my meaning.
