ShutDown Problem..

When i on my computer to long in cant be shutdown or restart.
When i click on shutdown or restart it not respons
somebody can help me..

What version of Windows are you using? When is the last time you defragmented your hard drive?

I would download the free program "Spybot Search and Destroy" and scan your system:

Amount of RAM
Windows Version
Hard drive size and amount of space free
