Should this work?

I'm not exactly computer savvy, but im trying to put together a new computer and I constantly read complaints about pretty much everything I look at. So this is what I'm looking at and I want to ask, should this work (considering the parts are in good condition when they arrive)?

Corsair TX850W Power Supply - 850W, ATX, 80Plus

XFX nForce 790i Ultra SLI Socket 775 Motherboard

EVGA GeForce GTX 275 896MB PCIe w/Dual Link DVI (xfx was a lil more $)

OCZ Fatal1ty 4096MB PC10666 DDR3 1333MHz (2x2048)

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 Quad-Core Processor, 2.83 GHz, 12M L2 Cache, 1333MHz FSB, LGA775

The OS is XP SP2. The corsair says it works with ATX 12v blah blah blah, but the mobo is just ATX so I don't know if that is even a problem. I have also read that the 790i has problems with memory and voltage but I dont plan to overclock or SLI anything and the memory is supposed to be 1.5v at default.
Thanks in advance if you reply.

Forget about all of that expect for the PSU and RAM and get this

AMD Phenom II X4 955

ASUS M4A77TD Pro

XFX ATI Radeon HD 4890

This is better then what you posted plus it is cheaper. Not only that but if you get that motherboard then you wont be able to upgrade you CPU because no more CPU are being made for socket 775 with this AMD motherboard you can upgrade the CPU for a few years before you will need a new motherboard.
