Shots are blurry

I am using a panasonic DMC TZ3 to record videos. The video's play back great and are clear. However when I freeze the video and make a still shot, the still shot is always blurry. Any ideas what I can do to correct this.

That's due to movement in the movie. You can't really do anything except try to make everything not move when you take the picture. That's actually due from the speed of the lens to tak pictures.

Well if you wanna take still shots, get on of those tripods as a slight movement often means blurred images. That should solve your problem.

also check ur shutter speed or ISO which would affect how well it can capture something moving fast
