Shipping computer parts

I am thinking of posting a few items for sale online, but have not kept the original packaging. Some items I would imagine can ship without a problem. Pwoer supplies, and external hard drives for instance. My issue is how to ship something like a motherboard or graphics card without the original box. Does anyone have a way to ship this kind of stuff without the original box or am I just asking to break it?

Yup, just what I was going to say. That's what Geeks does (a retired refurbished component e-shop) and I use what I get from them to ship components when I sell them.

Great. I wasnt sure if it was a big deal to send it out wrapped just wrapped.

The only thing I am missing is that plastic processor holder that comes in the retail packaging. Wouldn't want to bust up any pins on that thing.

If you could get a small piece of Styrofoam, just stick the pins right into that and then wrap it in bubble wrap.

Will have to try this out.

I am short on cash as of late and haven't been gaming for a few months. While my pc parts are still worth something I am thinking of selling. Just tough to finally post things for sale.
