Share files from 2 computers on home network

Hey guys whats up. I just got a brand new pc and want to transfer everything from my laptop. How can I do that over my wireless network. I have a router. I heard you can do it by going to my network places and playing with things but please be specific. Thanks soo much.

Don't help this guy, he's breaking the 100 post rule for selling stuff and double posting on different forums. I have reported him to the other admins to be taken care of.
