Guys, Need HElP!!!

I'm using cereberus FTP server to set up FTP server on my computer and its already up and running.
My problem here is I'm connected to internet through a cable modem, my ISP is subisu (http://www.subisu.net.np), so my ip is Natted and the ftp is only accessible to clients of subisu and not other users on internet.
Is there any way to make it available to outside world?
If there is, does it include contacting ISP for some services?

Thanks in advance...

shouldn't your IP be accesible to any users on the internet anyway??
go to:
www.ipchicken.com to find out your ip, this should allow anyone on the internet to connect to your ftp server, so long as it is configured properly

In response to your last post, the ipchicken site would show you the ip you use that is visible to the public. It will not show your private internal IP. If you are using a router you will need to set it up to forward traffic from the WAN IP bound for port 21(which is the one that the site displayed), to your internal address and port. If you connection provider does all this for you and you only have a 192 or other private address even at the 1st point in your connection (the modem), then you will only be able to do this by making the request to them to forward the port.
