setting up remote desktop with 2000 server

i need to know how to setup remote desktop using 2000 server. I will be using an xp computer to access it.

You could download both 2k and XP versions, use the 2k server on your server machine, and the XP on the remote amchine (if it uses XP).

Just simply run the server executable on the server machine, create an account username and password.

Then, run the client executable on the remote machine, enter the server IP, account name and accoutn password and wholla!

Remote administration :)
 
Use integrated TS on the 2000 server. Go to start settings control panel add remove programs. go to windows components. Once in there install terminal services in remote administration mode. This will allow 2 clients to connect remotely. Then on the XP box go to start run type in mstsc then it will bring up remote ts application type in the name of the server and you are on. This requires no additional 3rd party software.
