Setting up a home network

I want to setup a home network for 3 computers. 2 of the computers get internet through a wireless router and the other on is wired. I want to make it so that they are linked through a LAN (I think thats what I want.) More specifically I want to acsess the printer on one of the computers using a wireless connection. But I would like to have all of them linked so that I can look at files from another computer. Right now I am just using a unsecured wireless router in our house.
 
If all of your computers are getting the internet through your router you probably already have your LAN set up. Now all you need to do is share the appropriate folders/printers. Right click on the folder you want to share, click sharing, and tick the 'Share this folder on the network' option. You may also want to tick the 'Allow network users to change my files' option. Printer sharing is done in the same way.
 
The internet doesn't go to one main computer and then from that main is a router. The internet goes to the router and then the router connects to the other computers
