Acquired two HP Server power supplies, below, are the models-numbers-part numbers, etc.
One says:

MODEL: DPS-1200SB A

REV
10F

RMN:
HSTNS-PD30

PN: 643956-101

SPN
: 660185-001

*******************************************************
*******************************************************

The other power supply says:

REGULATORY MODEL NUMBER HSTNS-PD30 (What's with the word "regulatory" as opposed to "Model" as in the first supply?)

TYPE:
DPS-1200SB A

REV: 18F

GPN: 6439

SPN: 660185-001

P/N: 643956-101

Are these units directly interchangeable?....
Both are rated at the same power (1,000 watts)....
This is all the info I have based on what is on the unit stickers and look the same (which obviously means nothing)......

ANY assistance is appreciated!

If you use your peepers they have the same part number but a different revision.

I have and did.....
Was concerned with the revision issue....and, if why there was a difference as one saying "MODEL" and the other saying REGULATORY MODEL NUMBER....Thanks for the reply...

Thanks for the reply.....
The model 'listings" are listed different. that is why I asked....(and what revision was made)....

Just had a concern as to why, the same apparent item was described/listed differently....
I again, was concerned about the "revisions" and if those revisions changed anything such as but, not limited to the "pin-out".

C'mon...not that (order)......The unit, as reflected by the revision, according to the factor/manufacturer, had something done to it...but what?
