As you can see, the original price is $100 and they are on sale for $30. I'm wondering if they are really the quality of a $100 headphone, or if newegg just put that there to make you believe it's a good deal. I want to upgrade from my $20 iHome headphones but I don't want to waste $30 on something that's hardly any better.

Those headphones are great. I got them for 50 before christmas then a month later they decided to start running that deal every other week. If you like a lot of bass there is a simple mod that makes them almost like beats but you will notice the bass leaking into mids in some songs, still orobably better than beats though. Amazon sells those with a 10ft cord (that's like 4.5ft IIRC) for 50-60 all the tome so it is cheaper than anywhere else pretty much for a new pair.

Just read some of the reviews or google them and find some, most everyone seems to like them even a a higher price point.
