Sending a 7 Megabyte Video Thru Text Messaging

I need to send a 7 megabyte video to my friend, but she only uses text messaging. ( no email or facebook ). Text messaging limit is usually around 600kb or so. Anyone have any suggestions on how else to send it to her?!!
 
Just tell her to sign up for a gmail account, she won't be able to get the video otherwise.
 
There's also a free app called 'WhatsApp'. You both would have to install it on your respective phones. Anyone in your contact list, who has that all installed, would be populated in that app's directory. I use it for sending large files.
