AMD Athlon X2 5000+ Black Edition
Stock 2.6ghz. Overclocks easily to 3.2ghz with only a small up in voltage. Only requires you to set the multiplier to 16x and viola!
Not overclocked 24/7, only for a few benchmarks.

2x1gb Mushkin DDR800 Performance ram.
Top quality, run at 4-4-4-11-15 @ ddr800 (no issues in memtest at speeds)
very nice, low latency, had clocked to ddr 900 with same timings, will go higher.

(may not sell the ram, if it can overclock and play nice with my phenom 9950 i plan on getting, i'll keep it)
